The FireUp 2021 Challenge

Gaëlle and I have decided to join forces to launch this challenge in January 2021.

We are pooling our strengths and knowledge in sports and nutrition to make you want to exercise and eat better.

Gaëlle has been passionate about triathlon for years and practices running, yoga and cycling every week ... in addition to swimming in the (almost) frozen lake !!

And concretely?

Each week, we will post here and on our Instagram accounts the sports program and menu for the week including the preparation plan, recipes and the shopping list.

  • The sports sessions will be filmed and broadcast on our accounts in order to guide you as best as possible for each session . The program includes 3 sports sessions per week lasting 20 to 30 minutes . No specific equipment is necessary except a yoga mat, shoes and running clothes adapted to the season.

  • The menus are prepared to limit the time you spend in the kitchen and are aimed at novice and omnivorous cooks. They meet the nutritional needs of a family of 4 including two children of around ten. They include all evening meals and three midday meals. You will also receive ideas for snacks and breakfast.
