Our à la carte monitoring offers

All of these appointments can take place at the office in Cheseaux sur Lausanne, at your home or we can schedule a nutrition appointment online.

For any first consultation, we fix an appointment of one hour and a half in order to make a complete nutritional assessment:
 

•     Medical check-up (anamnesis)

•     Analysis of eating habits

•     Targeted advice and implementation of a personalized program

•     Sending a document containing all the advice and procedures developed during the consultation.

This will be the starting point for nutritional monitoring.


On a regular basis, every two to four weeks, we will schedule a follow-up session:
 

•     Review of the past weeks

•     Questions / Answers

•     Possible adjustment of the food plan

We also offer you the opportunity to get to know each other through a thirteen-minute discovery consultation.
We will discuss your objectives and I will present you my method.
The goal is to understand if your needs are compatible with what I propose.
